How many people will there be in the class?
Class numbers are limited to a maximum of 10 to ensure plenty of individual attention for each client.
Do I need to bring any equipment?
Some Covid protocols still remain in place, and clients are now asked to bring their own mats and something to support their head, for example a cushion or folded towel. Please wear clothing which does not restrict your movement and as no outdoor shoes or bare feet are allowed in the studio, please wear socks for your class.
Is it possible to try a class before booking a block?
Drop-in and one-off classes are not available. With any physical skill, regular practice is key to making progress and classes run in blocks and terms only. As Joseph Pilates himself said: “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see a difference, and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body”.
